DI pipe
The types of ductile iron pipes are mainly classified according to their diameter, wall thickness, length, connection mode and other parameters. The common types are:
1. K9 grade ductile iron pipe: the diameter is from DN80 to DN2600mm, the wall thickness is from 6mm to 42mm, and the length is generally 6m or 8m, and it is fastened with cement mortar or rubber gasket.
2. K8 grade ductile iron pipe: the diameter is from DN80 to DN2600mm, the wall thickness is from 6mm to 33mm, and the length is generally 6m or 8m, and it is fastened with cement mortar or rubber gasket.
3. K7 grade ductile iron pipe: the diameter is from DN80 to DN2600mm, the wall thickness is from 6mm to 28mm, and the length is generally 6 meters or 8 meters. It is fastened with cement mortar or rubber gasket.
4. K12 grade ductile iron pipe: generally, the diameter is from DN100 to DN800mm, the wall thickness is from 10mm to 30mm, and the length is generally 6 meters. The connection mode is sleeve type.
5. K9S grade ductile iron pipe: generally, the diameter is from DN80 to DN300mm, the wall thickness is from 6mm to 30mm, and the length is generally 6m or 8m, and it is fastened with rubber rings.
6. K10S grade ductile iron pipe: generally, the diameter is from DN80 to DN300mm, the wall thickness is from 6mm to 30mm, and the length is generally 6m or 8m, and it is fastened with rubber rings.
